Bonjour, I'm Candice..
....a French pastry chef in Tilburg.
I founded Franse Patisserie Tilburg, a traditional French patisserie, as the name suggests.
I make French pastries to order: tarts, desserts, large cakes, and more.
The process is simple: you place your order in advance via the webshop, after which I make the pastries and deliver them to your home.
I inherited this passion for patisserie from my grandfather, a biscuit baker, and my great-grandfather, a baker in Normandy, as well as from Gaston Lenôtre, a cousin of my grandmother. So, the love for gastronomy has been in the family for a long time.
Because I missed French pastries in Tilburg, I decided to open my own patisserie to offer all residents of Tilburg authentic French pastries, but with my own unique twist.
I wanted to bring French expertise to my beloved city of Tilburg.
